Peter Brown has been involved in the commercial real estate business in Des Moines since 1988. He spent 12 years at CB Richard Ellis/Hubbell Commercial, where he was consistently a top producer. He spent three years at Ryan Companies US, Inc., where he was involved in site acquisition, development and construction.
Peter’s clients include some of the largest companies in the city as well as local professional firms, small business owners and family-owned companies. He advises his clients in the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate, in relocations, expansions and contractions.
Peter helps his clients understand how current market conditions impact their ongoing business plans. As a consequence, his clients make educated real estate decisions.
Peter is a Des Moines native and a graduate of Drake University Law School.
