Abe brings over 45 years of distinguished experience in retail real estate, having successfully negotiated more than 500 leases for Best Buy Electronics—one of the nation’s most dynamic and respected retailers. His expertise encompasses virtually every mid-sized and major market across the continental United States.

Most recently, Abe was the Broker Representative for Fleet Farm, a 180,000 square foot farm store, who opened four stores in Central Iowa under Abe’s expertise.

Holding the prestigious CCIM designation, Abe has represented more than 200 national and regional retail chains, securing in excess of 20 million square feet of retail space on their behalf. His extensive transactional background, combined with his deep market insight, has earned him recognition as one of America’s leading authorities in national tenant representation.
