David J. Wolf, CCIM

David Wolf joined Buyers Realty in 2017 as a third-generation member of the commercial real estate community.  He comes to Buyers after eight years at Wells Fargo in financial servicing where, in a management position, he specialized in handling Wealth clients. David is a graduate of the University of Iowa, majoring in Art History.  His creative eye gives him the ability to think outside the box. 

David specializes in Tenant Representation, Landlord Representation, Sales, and Leasing, with a focus on Retail. David is a proud CCIM – earning his pin in 2020 – and he is the Iowa CCIM Chapter President-elect and the 2025 Iowa Commercial Real Estate Expo co-chair.

In his spare time, David enjoys golfing and cheering on the Hawkeyes, Packers and Cubs with his family.
